Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensure high-quality food and service standards, and manage a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus in reputed hotel chains.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant operations to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Supervise and train staff to maintain service and quality standards.
Oversee food preparation, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and coordinate with suppliers.
