We're looking for a versatile and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead Jackson – a warm and inviting café by day, and a vibrant bistro by night. You’ll guide the team through seamless transitions from laid-back mornings to lively evenings, ensuring exceptional service and guest experiences throughout. Adaptable, organized, and energetic, you thrive in a dynamic environment and know how to bring out the best in your team no matter the time of day. WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all areas.
• Supervise, coach and train the barista and service team to uphold the highest quality standards in production, service and customer experience.
• Motivate team members in their tasks and development.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling, resources and inventory to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain and check food service equipment and work areas to always ensure compliance with the establishment’s cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support initiatives to promote the unique identity and help grow Jackson.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Minimum 1 to 2 years management or supervisory experience
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make informed decisions
• Thorough knowledge of customer service practices and hygiene standard
• Organizational skills and desire to work in a dynamic environment
• Passion for coffee and commitment to operational excellence
