What you’ll do:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to step into the full-time role of Restaurant Manager. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make a long-term impact.
You’ll take the lead in managing the food & beverage aspects of tour and group bookings, from the initial enquiry right through to the day of service—ensuring every detail is seamless and kept on track. You’ll also play a pivotal role in elevating the à la carte offering at our Altitude Restaurant and Lounge Bar, bringing fresh ideas and energy to enhance the guest experience.
