We are currently hiring on behalf of a premium restaurant group in Kuwait. This is a top-tier opportunity for experienced Restaurant Managers to lead operations in a high-end, fast-paced, and guest-focused environment.

Start date: ASAP
​​​​​​​Contract: ​​​​​​​2 years ( the project duration is initially 6 months, with reallocation to other brands afterward. These could include premium, upscale, ongoing, or fast-casual concepts)

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Solid experience in a restaurant manager role within premium standalone restaurants (not hotels)

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong background in service excellence, guest relations, and daily operations

• Must have previous GCC experience

• Valid passport (minimum 2 years remaining)

• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to relocate and start immediately

🍽️ Preferred Cuisine Background:

• Italian

• American

• Pan-Asian (Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.)

💰 Salary Package: KWD 900 / month (approx. 2,930 USD)

• Basic Salary: KWD 600
• Housing & Transportation: Either company-provided shared accommodation and shuttle service (optional), or a combined housing and transport allowance of KWD 225 + KWD 75, depending on the employee’s preference.
