Description

La Posada Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.

Where You Can Make an Impact:

  • Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring and training.
  • Have knowledge and experience as a bartender.
  • Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Develop and implement policies to optimize service and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to meet operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings.
  • Analyze financial data to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Promote a positive work environment and team culture.
  • Organize and execute special events or promotions.


Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

  • Experience in hospitality or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in food and beverage service operations.
  • Knowledge of restaurant financial management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Salary Description
