We’re opening a brand new, multi-level flagship restaurant right in the heart of the Melbourne CBD and it’s going to be our BIGGEST and most cutting-edge space yet. Think state-of-the-art equipment, next-level design, and all the tools to set a new standard in hospo excellence. This is more than a restaurant, it’s a statement. 

We’re looking for an incredible Restaurant Manager to lead the charge from day one. You’ll help build the team from the ground up, shape the culture, and create a legendary guest experience in a space that’s set to become the beating heart of Grill’d in the city.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 legends. 
• Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager. 
• Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans. 
• Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly. 
• Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
