Key Responsibilities:
Lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and support teams to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
Monitor inventory, handle supplier coordination, and manage ordering.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
Work closely with senior management to achieve sales targets and cost control.
Train and mentor new and existing staff to uphold service standards.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and meet KPIs.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations software is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
A proactive, customer-centric mindset with an eye for detail.
