We are seeking a Restaurant manager to assist in managing daily operations at one of our upscale restaurant clients. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures the smooth operation of the dining experience while upholding high standards of service and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Address guest concerns and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
Assist in scheduling, training, and managing staff performance.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
