With a 50-cover dining room, a private dining space, and a chef’s table, this establishment delivers exceptional fine dining experiences rooted in precision, creativity, and passion.

• £40,000 per annum plus £8,000 service charge
• Paid overtime with increased service charge per hour

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager…

• Leading and inspiring a front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional Michelin-starred dining experience
• Working closely with the Executive Head Chef to uphold and enhance service standards
• Driving team development through training and mentorship
• Implementing sales strategies to maximise revenue and guest engagement
• Maintaining an unwavering focus on quality, consistency, and warm hospitality
