A boutique hotel in Middleburg, VA is looking for hands on Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of management experience with higher end concepts.
- Great leadership skills, to help build up and train servers.
- Multi unit experience a plus- they hold a lot of banquet events
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
- Be able to be hands on and flexible to float where is needed!
