Job Description

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Delivering exceptional service from the moment guests arrive  
• Managing smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Processing guest payments and handling room assignments or changes.
• Providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local recommendations.
• Recording and following up on guest requests, preferences, and special requirements.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns or complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with all hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Proactive, anticipating needs and taking initiative.

• An excellent communicator, able to connect with guests and collaborate effectively with the team.

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks while prioritising urgent matters.

• A natural problem-solver, calm and effective in unexpected situations.

• A strong team player, committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Guest-oriented, always looking for ways to enhance service quality.
