Senior R&D Manager - Plant Based Solution

Your Mission

Lead projects related to product and business development and to the support of operations linked to UHT product in China market

What you will do

1. Lead business development activities linked to Sunset Glaze :

• Lead on product development and improvement, for customer projects and products for the general market (innovation)
• Support customer visits, for business development, protection of business at risk and for technical support
• In cooperation with the BU Plant Based- Sunset Glaze: taking care of the implementation of strategic products in China market

2. Manage the local RND- Speciality fat, compound chocolate projects with the support from the dedicated RND colleague.

• Manage the team to deliver the new product according the innovation pipeline.
• Support customer visits, for business development, protection of business at risk
• In cooperation with the BUs with team together: taking care of the implementation of strategic products in China market

3. Support to operations :

• Support feasibility studies, implementation of new processes and the launch of new production lines
• Support on processing improvement, cost reduction, raw materials screening and selection

4. Training :

• Support to do the technical training for MKT, sales and operations

岗位要求：

• Education: Master or above in Food science
• Experience: min 3 years
• Technical knowledge/skill:    -Good knowledge on vegetable protein and application  - Good knowledge on vegetable cream development (option)  - Good knowledge on UHT process   -With theoretical and practical knowledge in application (raw materials and finish goods)
• Language: Fluent Mandarin and English
• A hands-on mindset
• Soft skill:  Good communication skills - Good experience in team management - Good team spirit  - Good learning capability  - Positive & passion  - Be able to travel according to busniess needs.
