Job Summary:
This job position is for the P2P (Purchase to Pay) department, focused on supporting VAT tax invoices claiming process by promoting the issuance of invoices from suppliers and validating the ones received according to the fiscal requirements of each VAT country.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with suppliers via email, calls, tickets, or onsite visits to ensure VAT‑compliant invoices are issued and submitted.
Validate invoices to ensure they meet country‑specific VAT and fiscal requirements.
Analyze VCC tax invoice reception to prioritize daily work efficiently.
Support VAT reporting by gathering documents such as valid invoices and tax certificates.
Provide training and assistance to suppliers’ finance teams on VAT processes.
Share regular status updates and recovery reports with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Sourcing, and other global teams to resolve issues.
Handle internal and external audit requests related to VAT recovery.
Qualifications:
Experience in the travel industry, tax invoice management, call center, or marketing is a plus.
Strong English communication skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to prioritize effectively.
Proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with culturally and geographically diverse teams.
Good MS Office skills.
