  • Project Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Scope & Budget Management: Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets (typically $100K–$5M+ per project); track costs, forecast expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between landlords, design teams, general contractors, vendors, and municipal authorities to resolve issues and maintain alignment.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks (e.g., permitting delays, supply chain disruptions) and implement contingency plans.

  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to brand standards, local building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and sustainability guidelines (e.g., LEED).

  • Reporting: Deliver regular progress updates, financial reports, and post-project evaluations to clients and JLL leadership.

  • Process Optimization: Leverage JLL’s proprietary technology platforms (e.g., ProjectLens™) to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, and retail-specific regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with BIM, Procore, or Autodesk a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (up to 30%).

Preferred

  • PMP, CCM, or LEED AP certification.
