Pre-opening Executive Sous Chef - Hotel Group, Palawan, Philippines
A hotel group is in need of a Pre-opening Executive Sous Chef for its new property in Palawan. The successful candidate, reporting to the Executive Chef, will be responsible in overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and food quality. Moveover, help build a strong culinary team, ensure excellent dining experiences, and uphold the brand’s high standards of creativity and service.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Culinary, or related discipline
Five (5) years in the same role for a five-star resort
Pre-opening experience preferred
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Exceptional communications skills
Willingness to be based in Palawan, Philippines
