executive will be accountable for the day -to -day operations of the Modern Trade
Stock Fulfillment enabling maximum growth potential while improving customer
satisfaction. Also, involves multiple key MIS reports handling to support day

FOCUS AREAS<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Production Planning of Modern Trade Salient SKUs<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maximizing Account Fill Rate% while minimizing PO turnaround time<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Improve Modern Trade Forecast accuracy (MAPE%)<\/span> <\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimizing Distribution Cost<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inventory Management<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Network Adherence %<\/span> <\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inventory Health<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Reduction of Ageing Inventory<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Slow/Obsolete Inventory to be zero<\/span> <\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>MIS and KPI Metric reports<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Inventory management reports to identify and act on SLOB, account

Inventory, etc.<\/span> <\/span> PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES <\/span><\/span><\/b> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>This role includes supply chain analytics and hence
lot of data handling through MS Excel is involved<\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Execute Modern Trade (MT) Sales Orders regularly and
ensure 95%+ Fill Rate %<\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with the Distribution Planners and
Logistics to plan and execute MT Distribution<\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proactively identify Stock availability concerns and
highlight it to the Category Planners<\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Take ownership of the MT Estimation and ensure
forecast correctness and accuracy<\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Interact with KAMs regularly and understand Market
dynamics<\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create MIS/Dashboards promptly for data driven
decision making<\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Automate/improve existing processes and develop
agility in the daily operations<\/span> o <\/span><\/span><\/span>Data preparation to facilitate monthly S&OP
meetings<\/span> Ã <\/span><\/span><\/span>Engineering Graduate Preferred<\/span> Ã <\/span><\/span><\/span>Advanced Excel and Analytical Capabilities (VBA knowledge is an
