We are hiring a passionate and skilled Pizza Senior CDP to lead our pizza station. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in dough preparation, baking techniques, and is confident in managing high-volume service while maintaining top-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Take full ownership of the pizza section, from dough prep to final plating.
· Prepare hand-stretched, stone-baked pizzas with precision and consistency.
· Ensure toppings are fresh, portioned accurately, and presented well.
· Maintain and monitor proper proofing, stretching, and baking techniques.
· Train and guide junior kitchen staff within the pizza section.
· Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and HACCP compliance at all times.
· Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for service coordination.
· Participate in new pizza concept testing and seasonal menu updates.
· Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a professional pizza kitchen.
· High School or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
· HACCP Certified – strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
· Skilled in dough handling, oven operation, and Italian pizza techniques.
· Fast, efficient, and able to maintain quality during peak hours.
· Team-oriented, with good leadership and communication skills.
· Passionate about authentic pizza and culinary creativity.
