Job Purpose
Reporting to the Director People & Culture, the role holder will contribute to the performance of their hotel by facilitating the on-boarding and training as well as driving engagement, learning and development, performance, and talent within their hotel by driving the learning & development activities in their hotel. They will have a desire to be the best at what they do and achieve operational excellence in their departments through all the metrics that are measured.

Knowledge Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree from a reputable hospitality/business school preferred (focus on psychology, education, business administration, hotel management)
Minimum 5 years of total experience ideally with strong operations background
