We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Head Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operations of a busy coffee shop in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bakery and pastry arts and be capable of managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards in production and presentation.
Oversee daily pastry and bakery production for the coffee shop.
Develop and innovate new menu items, desserts, and baked goods.
Supervise and train junior pastry staff to ensure quality and consistency.
Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for pastry ingredients.
Coordinate with management on menu planning and promotional offerings.
Minimum 3 years of experience in pastry or bakery roles, preferably in a coffee shop or similar environment.
Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
Leadership and organizational skills are essential.
Salary: OMR 450 per month
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
Overtime: As per company policy
Contract Period: 2 years, renewable
