Job Description
Actively participate in the preparation and presentation of pastry products
Work in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Have knowledge of kitchen culture and pastry techniques
Address guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely procurement of missing ingredients
Ensure the work area is clean and organized
Collaborate harmoniously with team members
Contribute to the development of innovative and creative products
Effectively manage daily workflow
Qualifications
Associate's Degree or University graduate
At least 5, and no more than 10 years of experience as a Pastry Assistant
English language proficiency (Intermediate level)
Ability to adapt to workplace conditions
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with a meticulous work habit
Ability to adapt to flexible working hours
Customer-oriented service approach
