We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at our Longmont facility.

Requirements:
- Pastry experience required, lamination skills a plus
- Must have flexible schedule, available early mornings and weekends
- ServSafe Certification

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for handling delicate pastry items and equipment.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and potential hazards.
- Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
