The role

We're currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Pastry Chefs to join the Crowteam. In this role you'll:

  • Support a team of professional Chefs, catering some of Australia’s most recognised events, including Industry events, galas, and private functions.
  • Prepare and deliver a variety of sweet items to a number of Crown's restaurants and bars. 
  • Assist in the preparation and plating of events for 10 - 2500 guests.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

  • High volume pastry kitchen experience (events/conferencing and/or hotel preferred).
  • Consistent high standards and food safety knowledge (HACCP).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible with a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and peak periods.

Additional Information

This role requires:

  • Certificate III in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery
