The Pastry Chef oversees all pastry and bakery production, ensuring exceptional quality across breads, desserts, and specialty items. This role is hands-on, creative, and essential to maintaining high standards of consistency, presentation, and flavor within the operation.
 
Qualifications

• Strong experience in bread making, pastry production, and cake decorating
• 3+ years in a professional pastry or bakery environment
• Ability to manage production schedules and maintain quality standards

• Lead daily pastry and bakery operations, producing breads, pastries, and custom cakes
• Maintain consistency, creativity, and presentation across all pastry items
• Oversee ordering, inventory, and kitchen sanitation for the pastry department
