Job Summary:
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pastry program, including menu development, execution in service, team leadership, inventory and cost control, vendor management, and compliance with health and safety standards. This position plays a key role in mentoring team members, maintaining high standards of execution, and collaborating closely with the culinary leadership to deliver a cohesive and memorable guest experience.
This position will bring deep expertise in classic American steakhouse desserts, refined fine dining pastry techniques, and a strong appreciation for Korean flavor profiles. This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and operational efficiency, with the ability to develop innovative desserts that align with our core culinary pillars of Korean × American × Haute Cuisine.
