Join an established Global Italian Restaurant Group as a Pastry Chef de Partie in Riyadh, supporting a refined Italian restaurant rooted in classical technique and premium ingredients. This role suits a hands-on pastry professional who values precision, consistency, and teamwork within a high-standard kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute Italian pastry and dessert items to brand and quality standards
  • Manage mise-en-place and section organisation for daily service
  • Support senior pastry chefs during service and production
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance
  • Assist with stock control, storage, and waste minimisation
  • Contribute to consistency, presentation, and timely service



Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in fine dining or premium hospitality
  • Solid grounding in Italian pastry and dessert techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and plating standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a structured kitchen brigade
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and professionally presented
