We’re looking for a skilled Pastry CDP to manage a designated section within the pastry kitchen. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality desserts, assisting in recipe execution, and ensuring consistent presentation and taste.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and present pastries, baked goods, and desserts in line with recipes and standards.
· Maintain mise en place and assist with daily pastry production.
· Work closely with the Senior CDP and Sous Chef to meet service timelines.
· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
· Support junior team members and maintain a clean, organized station.
· Assist in testing and developing new items when required.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
· Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Pastry Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
· HACCP Certified – strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
· Skilled in various pastry techniques, including doughs, fillings, and decoration.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
· A team player with a positive attitude and a love for pastry.
