Located in an award-winning, family-run restaurant set in the heart of Surbiton, as a Pastry Chef De Partie, you will create a variety of picture-perfect pastries using only the finest quality ingredients. The restaurant has wonderful owners who truly appreciate and reward their team.

• £38,000 to £42,000 per annum
• 7 shifts per week over 5 days (2 doubles and 3 singles)

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef De Partie…

• Creating a selection of beautifully crafted pastry dishes to wow diners
• Exploring different flavours and techniques using the very best ingredients
• Going above and beyond to make sure all dishes are of consistently high quality
• Collaborating effectively with the rest of the brigade to ensure a smooth running service
