We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Bakery & Pastry Chef to lead our production of high-quality baked goods and pastries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both traditional and modern techniques, and a passion for creating exceptional products that meet brand standards and customer expectations
– Create and produce a wide range of bakery and pastry items including:
– Croissants (classic, filled, and creative variations)
– Breads (sourdough, brioche, focaccia, baguettes)
– Cakes and cake batters (sponge, chiffon, pound, and layered cakes)
– Cookies, muffins, brownies, and bars
– Tarts, eclairs, choux pastry, and mille-feuille
– Middle Eastern and international dessert items
– Seasonal and custom-designed baked products
– Innovate and test new recipes with a focus on creativity, presentation, and taste
– Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to brand standards
– Supervise daily operations of the bakery and pastry section
– Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
– Monitor ingredient levels, manage ordering and inventory
– Lead and train junior staff to follow recipes and techniques correctly
– Collaborate with the management team on menu development and seasonal offerings
– Minimum 10 years of experience as a Bakery or Pastry Chef
– Strong expertise in desserts, laminated dough, and artisan baked goods
– High creativity and attention to detail in pastry design and flavors
– Knowledge of modern and traditional baking techniques
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
– Culinary diploma or professional pastry certification is preferred
