We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef/Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a deep love for baking, a creative eye for presentation, and a commitment to quality. You’ll be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts from scratch, maintaining high standards of consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and specialty desserts
  • Develop and execute seasonal and custom pastry offerings
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of all baked items
  • Manage ingredient inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for special events and catering
  • Stay current with industry trends and bring new ideas to the menu
  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a pastry chef, baker, or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and flavor pairings
    • Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus, but not required
