A renowned luxury hotel in Dublin is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join their award-winning kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about desserts, baked goods, and presentation, with a flair for innovation and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present a wide variety of baked goods and desserts to high standards
  • Develop seasonal and bespoke pastry items for menus and events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of pastry-related ingredients
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of pastry experience in a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining environment
  • Relevant qualification in Culinary Arts or Pastry & Confectionery
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
