Our client is a highly regarded private members' club renowned for its exceptional dining and first-class service. They are now looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join their talented kitchen team, contributing to a variety of menus from restaurant service to bespoke events.

• £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef…

• Preparing high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods for both à la carte and event menus
• Contributing creative ideas for seasonal menus and special occasions
• Ensuring consistency, precision and presentation in every dish
• Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene practices
• Working collaboratively within a well-structured pastry and kitchen team
