Our client is a Modern British fine-dining restaurant located in a scenic town in Essex. Known for its innovative menus and exceptional service, this establishment is now looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to join their talented kitchen team.

  • £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge
  • Working Wednesday to Sunday, 50 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Pastry Chef...

  • Creating a range of beautifully presented desserts, pastries, and bread
  • Innovating and contributing new ideas for the dessert menu
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure consistency
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the pastry section
  • Leading and mentoring junior members of the pastry team
