Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead the production of high-quality baked goods and desserts for a food and beverage company based in Manila. This role is responsible for developing recipes, managing pastry kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and presentation, and maintaining food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare a wide variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts.
  • Develop and improve pastry recipes aligned with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Supervise pastry kitchen staff and ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety compliance at all times.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies.
  • Work closely with the executive chef or management for menu planning and product costing.


Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking, or Pastry.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a hotel, bakery, or restaurant.
  • Strong creativity in pastry and dessert presentation.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership and time-management skills.
