About the Job:
The role holder will be responsible for Handling all kinds of offline requests (Groups, MICE, FIT) for all non-air products.
Responsibilities:
• Handling all kinds of offline requests (Groups, MICE, FIT) for all non-air products (accommodation, transfers, tours, car at disposal, car rental, holiday packages and others) which are coming from all offline sales channels (Call-center, Retail & Corporate) of the group.
• Cooperate with internal teams to determine their needs and advise them an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• All related online system checkup and offline communications (email, WhatsApp and phone calls) with suppliers and hotels to get the best deal.
• Rephrase received quotations from suppliers then share with requesters and confirm the accepted ones.
• Documentation of all confirmed bookings.
• Handling of some bookings payment (credit cards, bank transfer).
• Follow up on pending requests with suppliers.
• Reconfirmation & handling after-sale requests (cancelations, amendments and incidents).
• Provide on-floor support and WhatsApp for internal customers when needed.
• Report incidents against suppliers in case of any valid ones.
Profile Requirements:
• Maximum age 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent to fluent English speaker.
• Hotels & tourism experience.
• Touristic destinations knowledge.
• Hotel operation/reservation background is advantage.
