  • Learning & Development
    • Prepare budgets and reconcile costs for training programmes.
    • Maintain detailed logistical records and post debit notes.
  • Calendar & Venue Management
    • Create and maintain annual programme calendars.
    • provide admin support in implementing the training programme on ground
    • Negotiating with vendors
  • Pre-Programme Administration
    • Coordinate training nominations, vendor documentation, and infrastructure needs.
    • Prepare participant-related documents and communicate updates.
    • Manage vendor onboarding and purchase orders.
  • Programme Administration
    • Ensure end-to-end delivery and administration of programmes.
    • Liaise with hotel/faculty, prepare cost sheets, and update budgets.
    • Share training resources across teams/divisions.
  • Post-Programme Documentation
    • Collect and report feedback.
    • Process invoices and finalize payments post-programme.
  • Corporate Club Membership
    • Maintain club membership records and process reimbursements.
    • Liaise with clubs for membership activities and manage payments.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Verbal and written communication must be good.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP 
  • Planning & Coordination: Ability to manage multiple programmes and stakeholders.
  • Experience in budgeting, reconciliation, and vendor payments.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in onboarding, rate negotiation, and documentation.
  • Attention to Detail and proficiency in collating and presenting programme data.
