Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support
to the legal team, ensuring efficient documentation management, coordination,
and day -to -day operational assistance to managers.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Maintain, file, and systematically archive legal
documents, contracts, and records (both physical and digital).
<\/li> - Draft routine correspondence, letters, and basic
legal documentation as instructed.
<\/li> - Handle documentation, filing, and retrieval in
compliance with internal and legal requirements.
<\/li> - Act as an associate to support legal managers with
administrative and coordination tasks.
<\/li> - Manage travel arrangements including itinerary
planning, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and related logistics for
managers.
<\/li> - Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and assist
with follow -ups when required.
<\/li> - Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling
sensitive legal information.
<\/li> - Assistance with
litigation management.<\/span>

external lawyer’s officers, notarisation etc.<\/span>

<\/p>- Graduate in any discipline (additional
qualification in secretarial practices or legal administration will be an
advantage).
<\/li> - 3–4 years of relevant experience in a legal
department or similar administrative role.
