As a Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and achieving the goals set by the company while exerting all effort to maximize guest satisfaction. You will have the overall responsibility of running the operation of the restaurant which includes driving sales through a top of the line marketing approach and excellent operation.

 

Restaurant Managers also need to control profit and loss through comprehensive business analysis for the betterment of the entire company. Also included in the job description is the training and development or management team to ensure that all company standards are being implemented and upheld.

 

  1. Build Sales thru great guest service and perfect quality product
  2. Ensure an effective work schedule, designed to build sales thru projecting the business as needed, Schedule written by 5pm on Friday and posted Monday by 5pm each week
  3. Work lunch and dinner through a 55 hour work week during peak sales periods
  4. Responsible for the safety and security of all employees and customers
  5. Attain the restaurant’s Annual Operating Plan
  6. Ensure consistent delivery of safe food on every shift
  7. Ensure consistent execution of Systems to maintain a clean, organized restaurant
  8. Purchase food, beverages and supplies as needed and oversee their preparation to insure that every product served meets our high standards of product quality
  9. Maintain high standards by operating in accordance with established performance, profits and operating standards as outlined in the OSM
  10. Use Learning Hub training effectively to hire, retain, develop a bench of “A” players and prepare team members and managers for growth opportunities
  11. Demonstrate good working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of a restaurant
  12. Ensure all marketing plans are executed on time and accurately to build repeat customer visits, including approved Local Store Marketing
  13. Provide leadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment toward Company objectives
  14. Responsible for training all employees on general cash control systems and general credit card security and maintaining a secure restaurant environment for credit card data
  15. Responsible for administrative requirements and execution of all procedural guidelines
