Line Cook - The Maple Leaf

We’re seeking an experienced Line Cook to join us at The Maple Leaf! Mountain view dining, local hospitality and excellent food in the heart of downtown Banff. The Maple Leaf is an iconic landmark serving brunch, lunch & dinner daily. We celebrate the best of Canadian cuisine with a menu inspired by the diverse ingredients found throughout Canada. What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• Previous culinary experience required
• Excellent work ethic and communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule required
