About You:
You�re someone who takes pride in your work and brings energy to the kitchen every day.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen is a plus � especially if you�ve had hands-on experience preparing a variety of seafood. From shellfish to sushi-grade fish, familiarity with seafood handling and cooking techniques is highly valued.
- That said, if you�re new to the industry but eager to learn, we offer a comprehensive, hands-on training program to help you gain the skills and confidence you need.
- You�re an excellent communicator who can follow directions precisely and contribute positively to a team-focused environment.
- You�re comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active role where you're standing, lifting, walking, and staying busy throughout your shift.
- You�re reliable and take food safety seriously � following protocols for cleanliness, temperature control, and proper handling of ingredients.
What You'll Do:
As a member of our kitchen team, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through food that�s fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, with a strong emphasis on consistency and quality.
- Set up and maintain your workstation, ensuring it's fully stocked, organized, and ready for a smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all health and safety procedures including proper storage, labeling, temperature logging, and sanitation practices.
- Take part in inventory and prep tasks, including rotation of stock and notifying leadership when ingredients or supplies are running low.
- Keep your space clean and safe by maintaining hygiene standards, regularly sanitizing surfaces, and assisting in overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen team members and leadership to support smooth service and solve any challenges that arise during the shift.
