• Support the chef team with prep, setup, and breakdown as needed

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen (any station on the line; sauté experience a bonus)

• Strong foundational cooking skills and a commitment to learning and growth

• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
