Lucy’s is part of Essence Hospitality Group (Bistro Bella Vita, Grove, Lucy’s), and we’re looking for a reliable, food-driven culinary professional to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced breakfast service, works well with others, and takes pride in consistency and care.

We believe great hospitality starts behind the scenes with respect, accountability, and teamwork.

• Prepare and execute breakfast and brunch menu items to Lucy’s standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service

• Follow recipes, prep lists, and plating standards consistently

• Assist with prep, inventory rotation, and general kitchen organization

• Support a calm, professional, and respectful kitchen environment

• A genuine interest in food and hospitality

• Kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication

• Respect for coworkers, guests, and the workspace
