Salary Range: RM3,600-RM4,000 + Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities
1. Inspect and ensure all dishes meet the restaurants portioning and quality standards, while understanding customer preferences and feedback to maintain high food quality.
2. Manage overall kitchen hygiene and sanitation to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of kitchen facilities and utensils.
3. Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of all kitchen equipment to ensure they function properly and to control maintenance costs.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ingredient and material plans based on operational needs, and provide timely feedback to management.
5. Inspect and verify incoming goods for quality and quantity, and allocate supplies to respective sections to ensure smooth operations.
6. Improve dish production efficiency, enhance gross profit margins, and control overall food costs effectively.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the F&B industry, with solid knowledge of kitchen operations.
2. Strong ability to plan and execute departmental work efficiently and develop clear, measurable work plans.
3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with other departments.
4. Positive work attitude, energetic, and capable of motivating, training, and developing subordinates.
