We are hiring a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations. If you have a strong culinary background and are ready to step into a leadership role, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, staff, and workflow.

· Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation across stations.

· Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain performance and consistency.

· Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

· Monitor inventory, place orders, and reduce waste.

· Help create new menu items and improve existing recipes.

· Step in to lead kitchen operations during the Head Chef’s absence.

· Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment.



Requirements

· Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

· High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

· HACCP Certification is required.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· A passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and detail.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage a team efficiently.

· Familiarity with kitchen equipment, prep techniques, and food cost control.
