Position : Key Account Development Manager

Basic Salary Range : 60K - 70K

Working Location : Bangkok (Din Daeng)

Subordinate : 4-6 people (Salesperson)

Customer Sectors :

  • Hotel, Retail, FoodPro, Financial, Healthcare

Familiar in Hotel, Retail and Service Industry, required person who experience in key customer for Hotel, Retail. (Required fluent in Eng.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop the business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage
  • Meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or above
  • Assist in setting of detailed sales target and monitor the results
  • Deal with clients’ complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy and Outstanding Customer Service (OCS) culture throughout the business
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Responsible for collection, bad debt charges, credit issues & daily sales outstanding
  • Attend to all terminations, complaints, inquiries, orders and other sales document expediently
  • Maintain sales and field staff manpower by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and overseeing the training of employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
  • Implement training programs to ensure employees achieve and maintain a high level of performance
  • Manage daily sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls
  • Ensure that the all sales staff accomplishes the desired results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; Establishing and enforcing goals, as well as, policies and procedures
  • Support the service team by providing customer and surveyor’s feedback
  • Conduct regular coaching and counseling with sales team to build motivation and selling skills to achieve sales targets
  • Comply with legal requirements by enforcing company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Achieve financial objectives by establishing and enforcing sales team goals while controlling costs and working within budget constraints
  • Provide written reports accurately and on time
  • Conduct monthly sales meeting and training
  • Conduct weekly field attachment with sales team
  • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
  • Set examples for sales team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
  • Other tasks assigned by superior



Requirements
  • Any genders
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economy, Business Administration, Marketing, General Management and/or any related fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Manager Level
  • Experienced in Sales Field in the service industry either Consumer or B2B business environment in a Multi-National Company
  • Good command of English in spoken and written
  • Competent User of Microsoft Office software packages especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiar in Pest Control and Hygiene Business are advantage
