• Supporting the senior team in delivering exceptional 3 Rosette-level service
• Leading sections during busy services and mentoring junior chefs
• Contributing fresh ideas for seasonal menus and specials
• Upholding the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and precision
• Being a positive role model and part of the hotel’s fine dining future
