You will join the kitchen brigade, working in the Pastry section of the kitchen.

You enjoy leading your section, Chefs De Partie and Commis Chefs to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.

Are you an experienced Chef, with great leadership skills, passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade? Then this is the job for you!

 

What are we looking for?

  • Strong Chef de Partie or previous Junior Sous Chef Experience
  • Approaches food in a creative way
  • Strong supervisory skills  and positive attitude
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
