Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and inspire front and back-of-house staff
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
  • Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to ensure authentic Japanese ingredients and menu offerings
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory, cost control, and budgeting to achieve business goals
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a Japanese restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of Japanese cuisine and service etiquette
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant software systems is an advantage
