Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and inspire front and back-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Collaborate with chefs and suppliers to ensure authentic Japanese ingredients and menu offerings
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and budgeting to achieve business goals
Requirements: - Proven experience managing a Japanese restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
