The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of all information systems, technology infrastructure, and digital services within the hotel, in compliance with Accor Group standards. The role supports business continuity, guest experience, and operational excellence through reliable and innovative IT solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in hospitality or a multinational organization.
Experience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, and Accor IT platforms is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, servers, cloud systems, and hardware.
