The Fairmont Hanoi will open in the Vietnamese capital before year end of 2025, making it the first Fairmont brand in the country. The 241-room luxury hotel will take design inspiration from the art of lacquer with the traditional colours of Vietnam, the Indochinese style from the French colonial period, and draws motifs from Vietnam’s dynasties. The Hygiene Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the hotel's food safety and hygiene policies to ensure full compliance with local health regulations and international standards (e.g., HACCP). This role ensures that all departments—especially Culinary, Stewarding, and F&B—maintain the highest levels of sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene across all food handling and service areas.
