Responsibilities:
We are now seeking an enthusiastic and proactive full-time HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Hanoi. This role is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about HR to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global tech environment. You will be a core part of our HR operations, contributing to various functions and learning from a supportive team.
You will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle by supporting these key HR areas:
1. Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in posting job descriptions on various recruitment channels.
- Help source and identify potential candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
2. Employee Communications & Engagement:
- Assist in designing and standardizing internal communications in English and/or Vietnamese.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
3. Learning & Development (L&D): Support the coordination of L&D initiatives as delegated
4. HR Operations & Administration:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding procedures for departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support other day-to-day HR administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for building a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office.
- Previous internship experience in HR is a strong advantage.
